How to use the referral system

TalentGenius’ goal is to create a success machine, if you will, based on the collective insight of your peers. Each of these capabilities work in harmony to help members see the signal through the noise, matching them with opportunities, ideas and peers who can best help them on their way. We work best together, here's how to invite your peers:

Easy to use

- Send referrals to your peers
- Get notified when they sign up
- Track and earn points for your referrals
- Burn points for rewards!

Different ways to refer:

- Copy the personalized URL from your survey page and send it to your peers.
- Click the mail link to email the url to a peer, from your email.
- Share via social, email or url from the referral dashboard, under the Profile Icon on the top right of the page.
